After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation. An order may be cancelled or refunded if an item becomes unavailable, payment cannot be confirmed, or the order information is incomplete or incorrect. We will contact you when action is required.

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website. Payment is processed securely through the payment method available at checkout. Zellara does not store your complete PayPal payment credentials.

4. Shipping

Orders are prepared and shipped according to the information on our Shipping & Delivery page. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by customs, carriers, public holidays or circumstances outside our control. Tracking information is provided after dispatch when available.

5. Returns and refunds

Return eligibility, time limits and conditions are explained in our Return Policy. Please review that policy before returning an item and contact us before sending anything back.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate name, shipping address, email address and telephone number. Additional delivery costs caused by incorrect information may be the customer’s responsibility where permitted.
