Returns & Refunds

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, used or opened personal-care items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.

For damaged or incorrect orders, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos. After review, we may offer a replacement or refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the mistake was ours. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Orders can only be cancelled before shipping.
